HOSE WIRE is mainly used as skeleton and reinforcing materials of high pressure rubber hose, hose wire has features of high strength and good toughness. Meanwhile, brass coated with wire surface has a good bonding performance with rubber.
Applications:
Generally speaking, the hose wire can be divided into two types: one is used as skeleton like suction hoses and spiral wires function as both partial pressurization and skeleton vacuuming; the other is used for pressure increasing, such as wire braiding hose/wire spirally-wound hose.
Downgrade and off-grade hose wire (also called B grade brass coated wire or brush wire) can be used to make steel brush
Sweeper Wire for Road Sweeper Brush
Brass coated wire for making brush
Braiding wire 0.35mm HT brass coated is also a good choice for steel brush manufacturer
Industrial Brush Wire 0.15mm 0.2mm 0.28mm 0.3mm 0.35mm 0.50mm are popular sizes brush wire
At different applications it can be applied in specific occasions such as machinery, aviation automotive, marine , oil drilling, Marine oil transportation system and so far.
